4 PILLARS OF THRIVELY

We are human beings NOT human doings
Being human is multidimensional. We offer a safe space for you to explore
and elevate all aspects of your life, empowering you to thrive.

I am an Ontological Coach, Community Builder and Dentist.
I firmly believe that we are all born to thrive. With a rich background grounded in empowering wellbeing, confidence and a passion for personal growth, I've always been curious as to what enables some individuals to flourish while others struggle, even when faced with similar challenges.
My journey began at 30 when I faced personal and professional challenges that led to profound growth. Now, I support curious and committed people who are navigating life's transitions by helping them find the confidence to achieve seemingly impossible goals and lead a life that is authentic and fulfilling.
Hello, I'm Premi.

“This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. Welcome and entertain them all”

Your breath catches, your mind races, and everything in you resists. But as you sink into the cold, something shifts. You find calm in the chaos. Your breath slows, your mind clears, and you emerge with a renewed sense of clarity and strength.
That’s what Revive & Thrive is about- breaking barriers, and discovering resilience and meaningful connections in places you never thought to look.

I just knew I wanted to create a space where women could come together, have real conversations, and feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey.
What I didn’t expect was how much I would grow in the process—because of the incredible women I’ve had the honour of connecting with and learning from.
For a long time, I struggled to fully embrace my femininity.
How could I, when the world often rewards the masculine—doing, achieving, keeping it all together?
In a world that tells us what the “ideal” woman should look like, I’ve battled with how I see and accept my body.
At the circle yesterday, Caroline @supporting.eve.lingerie asked a question I’d never considered:
“What do your breasts mean to you? What do you believe their purpose is?”
And honestly… I was stunned.
I’d never really thought about it.
It’s moments like that that remind me why I love these circles so much.
They ground me.
They stretch me.
They connect me more deeply to the woman I want to be.
Today, I can wholeheartedly say I love being a woman.
I’m learning to soften.
To lean into the parts of me I used to not like.
And I’m choosing to be a supported woman, not just a strong one.

Spaces where you can bring your messy, your magic, your questions, your quiet.
Where you’re not performing—you’re just being. And that’s more than enough.
We NEED spaces like that.
Spaces that remind us: you’re not too much, you’re not behind, and you’re definitely not alone.
I just realised—it’s been 2 years since I started H.E.R. Affair.
What began as a simple idea has become a space for modern-day women to gather, receive and be. A space for real conversations, shared growth, and meaningful connection on our own unique journeys.
If you’ve been craving something like this, you’re not the only one.
Our next woman’s circle is waiting for you.
Here’s to the friendships, the communities, and the conversations that make us feel like we belong.

We often define ourselves by what we do, but who we are- our strengths, values and lived experiences - is what truly sets us apart.
@sandrawang5 and I have crafted this workshop for you to reconnect with your core self, to find the language that feels authentic to you and to walk away with the confidence to own your story- where life takes you.
If this resonates, I'd love to see you there.

The most common response when I talk about slowing down with my clients is "I don't have enough time".
I hear you. It’s easy to feel that way when life is filled with responsibilities, deadlines, and a constant to-do list. But slow living isn’t about having more time—it’s about making the time we already have more meaningful.
In a world that’s always rushing, slowing down doesn’t mean you have to quit your job or step away from your responsibilities. Instead, it’s about how you approach the time you have. Slow living is about creating small moments of intentionality throughout your day that bring more presence and peace, even in the busiest moments.
For example:
Taking a mindful pause: Before responding to an email or jumping into your next task, take a few deep breaths to center yourself.
Creating space for small joys: Savor a quiet cup of coffee in the morning without distractions. Enjoy a walk outside, even if it’s just for 5 minutes.
Saying ‘no’ when needed: Learning to prioritize the things that align with your well-being and saying no to things that drain you.
It’s not about doing less; it’s about doing what truly matters more mindfully. And even small steps can make a huge difference in how grounded, balanced, and energized you feel.
At Nourish Retreat happening next week, we focus on creating space for these kinds of moments. It’s about reconnecting with your true self and integrating slow living into your life, not as an extra task but as a way of being.
And once you start, you’ll realize that slowing down can make your days feel more meaningful—without needing more hours in the day.
If you feel called to join me in Sri Lanka, send me a DM. I have a special deal for you.

Lately, I have been so caught up with work, curating events and the upcoming Nourish retreat that I have forgotten to take a step back and explore. I remembered that my word for the year is Balance!! ( Yes! Even a coach needs a reminder 😅) .
We can't always pour from an empty cup, and sometimes, we need to take time to try something new that can bring joy and curiosity.
So that's what I did last Sunday, I took a moment to break the cycle and treated myself to a solo date. Thank you @sundaybedding and @sorryimbooked.club for the lovely experience that was soul nourishing.
I discovered that sometimes the best thing you can do for your growth is to take a step back and simply allow yourself to be present.
When was the last time you took yourself out on a solo date?

It’s in the small, consistent, intentional choices we make every day. I absolutely enjoyed guiding the group through a reflection activity on the different dimensions of nourishment in their daily lives.
"When was the last time you paused to truly listen to yourself? If you could realign your energy right now, where would you direct it?" 🌙
If you are not sure where or how to approach this, this month's women circle is happening on Sunday at 3pm. There are a few more spots available.
I hope you will join me

March is about transitions and I am choosing to be brave by embracing my fear to do something that feels right to me.
I hope for anyone who resonates with this, ask yourself, what's on the other side of fear that's waiting for you to step into? And listen closely to your intuition for the answer ..❤️
Love and Gratitude,
Premi.

True nourishment is about how we care for our mind, body, and soul. It is in how we engage with the world around us and the energy we allow in. It’s about the people we connect with, the environments we immerse ourselves in, and the experiences that shape us. Every moment, every interaction, and every sensation offers an opportunity to nourish us in ways we often overlook.
Nourish by Thrively is an invitation to explore this deeper kind of nourishment. Through intentional coaching, immersive experiences, and conscious connections, I’ve helped individuals reflect on what it means to feel truly nourished and empowered them with practical tools to integrate nourishment into their daily lives.
And now i’m excited to take it a step further with my upcoming Nourish retreat. This intentional space is designed for both men and women who are ready to prioritize their well-being and reconnect with their true needs. Immerse yourself in the raw, magical beauty of Sri Lanka, explore its culture and community, and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth.
But before all that, I want you to ask yourself: What would change in your life if you chose to nourish yourself?
I’d love to hear your thoughts—leave your answers below!❤️👇🏾
